Minimum Stays: Weekends: minimum stay 2 consecutive nights
Deposits Required: For stays of 2 nights Full payment required
For stays of more than 2 nights
25% as deposit and balance due 30 days prior to booking

If payment or deposit is not received within 7 days of a tentative phone, fax or internet booking we reserve the right to take another booking without futher notice.
Security Deposit: A security bond of $200 will be debited on your credit card but not processed. This is to cover any damage to the house and or contents and any excess cleaning charges.
Christmas &
January 2004/2005		Minimum stay 7 nights. The week starting 3pm Saturday and ending 10am Saturday. A 25% deposit is required on booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Cancellations: 30 days prior to booking - full refund
Less than 30 days - pro-rata loss of payment
Less than 7 days - loss of payment
$25 administration charge applies
