Why not walk (about 10 minutes) to the beautiful East Beach for a swim or surf, and if you're lucky you might even spot a whale! You may like to walk to the lighthouse on Griffith Island and see the fantastic display of the Mutton birds as they return at dusk after a day out fishing. Try your hand at fishing right out the front on the Wharf and if there's no bites you can buy fish and chips from "Whisharts" opposite "Wharfside".
